Welcome to Glow/01 (“we” or “us”). Your access to and use of the Glow/01 platform and services (including the website, mobile application, and other interaction channels provided by Glow/01) are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) below. By using Glow01's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Glow/01” or “we”: The company providing e-commerce services, AI-driven skin diagnostics, personalized skincare product recommendations, expert consultations, and related services.

1.2 “User” or “you”: Any individual or organization that accesses and uses the services, including but not limited to creating a skin profile, purchasing products, consulting educational content, and subscribing to periodic service packages.

1.3 “Content”: Includes all information, data, text, images, videos, audio, graphics, instructional materials, expert articles, and any other information provided on the platform by Glow01 or third parties.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

2.1 Glow/01 provides AI-based skin analysis, personalized skincare product recommendations, routine-building guidance, access to partner brands’ products, and subscription-based services.

2.2 Products displayed or recommended through Glow/01 may be provided by partner brands. Glow/01 acts as an intermediary, connecting Users with suppliers. We do not directly manufacture the skincare products.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 Registration Requirements:

  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information (including name, email, phone number, and address) to create an account.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.

3.2 Verification and Security:
Glow/01 reserves the right to refuse account creation or restrict access if fraudulent activities, misinformation, or legal violations are detected.

4. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1 User Rights:

  • To access and use the services provided by Glow/01.

  • To give feedback, reviews, and comments on products and services.

4.2 User Obligations:

  • Ensure that all information provided to Glow01 is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.

  • Refrain from using the services for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that may harm or violate the rights and interests of third parties.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Glow01 guidance.

5. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

5.1 The Glow/01 platform may display or recommend products and services from third parties (manufacturers, distributors, brands). Glow/01 is not the manufacturer and bears no direct responsibility for the quality, efficacy, ingredients, or absolute safety of these products.

5.2 Before using any recommended product, Users should review the ingredient list, conduct a patch test, and consult a qualified dermatologist or medical professional if necessary. Any risk of allergy, adverse reactions, or product efficacy remains the User’s responsibility.

6. DISCLAIMER

6.1 The advice and recommendations from Glow/01 are generated based on AI-driven data analysis combined with the information provided by the User. These recommendations are for reference and support only; they are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis.

6.2 Glow/01 makes no guarantee or warranty of definitive improvement to the User’s skin condition following the use of recommended products or routines. Individual results may vary due to differences in skin type, physiology, and personal usage.

6.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow/01 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or health-related issues.

7. PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND SERVICE SUBSCRIPTIONS

7.1 Prices and service fees (including subscription package fees) will be clearly listed on the platform. Glow01 reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders or subscription services already paid for.

7.2 Users are responsible for reviewing order details, product prices, shipping costs (if applicable), and related terms before making a payment.

7.3 Payments may be made through methods accepted by Glow/01 (bank transfer, credit/debit card, e-wallets, etc.). Users agree to use legal and authorized payment methods.

8. DELIVERY, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY

8.1 Delivery:
Glow/01 or its logistics partners will deliver products according to the information provided by the User. Users should check the products upon receipt and promptly notify Glow/01 of any discrepancies or damage.

8.2 Returns:
The return, refund, or warranty policies (if applicable) will be published on the platform. Users must follow the procedures and timeframes set by Glow/01.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

11. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICES

11.1 Glow/01 reserves the right to terminate or suspend a User’s access to services, without prior notice, in cases of violation of these Terms, illegal activities, or actions causing harm to Glow/01, other Users, or third parties.

11.2 Users may cancel their accounts at any time by contacting Glow/01. Account cancellation does not exempt the User from obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the cancellation date.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

12.2 Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be settled by a competent court in Vietnam.

13. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

13.1 Glow01 may modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the platform and will take effect immediately upon publication.

13.2 By continuing to use the services after the Terms have been updated, Users are deemed to have accepted the changes.
